Great Location, Friendly Staff and Generous Breakfast
The hotel was ideally located close to public transport and key attractions. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The generous breakfast was a great way to start the day. The room was adequately equipped with basic amenities and clean bedding.
The rooms were a bit cramped and small for our liking, with limited facilities. The bathroom was basic and small in size.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The value for money was exceptional - this hotel provides excellent accommodation at a very reasonable price. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist with any requests. They even spoke English, which made communication effortless. The location of this hotel was perfect - situated in a quiet neighborhood with lovely tree-lined streets, it provided a peaceful escape from the bustling city. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near a metro station, making it easy to explore Santiago. The rooms on the upper level, with their balconies and french doors, added a touch of charm and allowed for a refreshing breeze.
Everything was top-notch, nothing to improve.

Conveniently located in a quiet, mainly residential area with easy access to the centre, this hotel is perfect for exploring the city. The cozy rooms are comfortable with clean bathrooms, providing all necessary amenities. The friendly staff offer great service and provide useful tips and information. The self-serve breakfast is varied, ensuring a decent start to the day. Plus, the hotel is situated in a cute district with good transport links to Concha y Torro vineyard.
Some guests have mentioned that the shower stalls in the hotel are quite small – something to keep in mind if you are used to larger showers.

Had an amazing New Year's experience at this cozy boutique hostel. Loved the friendly staff and their excellent service. The location was perfect, close to the metro and the riverside park. The fresh breakfast was a delight, especially the freshly baked bread and yogurt. The small garden seating area was a nice spot to relax and unwind.
The shower in my room was small and not powerful enough. The security procedure of leaving the key at the front desk and ringing the bell to get in every time was a bit annoying, but I understand the need for it.

The hotel is located in a vibrant area, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, making it a great choice for exploring the city. The breakfast provided was ample and delicious, giving us a great start to our day.
Our stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't find any faults.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The facilities were clean and well maintained. The staff was incredibly helpful in providing directions to nearby supermarkets and shops, as well as recommending the best modes of transportation to explore this city. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, but within walking distance of a metro stop, making it easy to get around. Additionally, the breakfast was light but proper, providing a great start to my day.
Cannot find any fault with this hotel.
